Does MINORU WORLD support PAYPAL?
Yes, It's possible.

First, You must join PAYPAL service ( www.paypal.com ) and register your information.

If you want to make a payment, please input minoruworld@hotmail.com
Then, PAYPAL is automatically send money from your registered account to MINORU WORLD.

Please check your price in menu before using PAYPAL.

I can't find payment window when I select credit-card.
If you're using Microsoft Windows XP with service pack 2,
Please turn off popup-blocker.

If there's any problem with a payment popup window, you can make a payment in "PAYMENT" menu on the top menu.
Of course it is protected as same. So please be at easy with making a payment.

How can I pay with Postal Money?
If you have a credit card, It is the best because of postal money takes 7 or more days and additional charge.
It is same to order with credit card and postal money, so I'll explain after order form.

* How to use postal money *

1. Select 'Postal Money' in payment method at top of order form.
2. Please select below.
3. Fill the rest information for delivery.
4. Finally, push 'Confirm' button.

* How to make a Remittance

Please visit post office site in your country because of it is different at every country.

< Address Remittance > will be take a lot of times, so please use .


5. Please make a remittance in 3 days (except holidays).
If you make a remittance, please let me know by e-mail.

If it doesn't arrive in 3 days after you make orders, it is canceld. Please notice this!

How can I fix it when payment page does not open?
It is a common problem when a security software doesn't install correctly
Please lower your web browser's security level or turn off your custom security software.

I make an order correctly but Credit card payment failed.
In this case, there's a easy way than re-ordering.

1.There's 'PAYMENT' menu in top of main homepage.
2. It appears a new payment page when you clicked 'PAYMENT' menu.
3. Please fill the blank with your information and push the 'Confirm' button.
The Payment data that you fill, is protected with one of the highest available encryption levels(128-bit)
And it doesn't allow MINORU WORLD to access your information.
So please set your mind at ease and enjoy your shopping.
Please input a correct number.
If it doesn't match oder form's name from payment form's name, PLEASE CONTACT ME with e-mail.

I try several times but I can't make paying with my credit card.
It may happens when there's some mistake in payment page or you credit card.
Please check below :

* Personal Information.
* Credit card's number.
( Correct : 0000000000000000, Wrong : 0000-0000-0000-0000)
* Possible for international paying.
* Credit card's limit.
* Credit card's valid thru.
* Payment by installment doesn't support.
* Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher version
* Mackintosh doesn't support.

If you check all of above, but still have a problem than
It may be the problem below :

1. Internet Connection between international paying system
2. Language Encoding problem
3. MINORU WORLD's internal error

There's no solution on case 1, you must wait till it recovered.
If case 2 is the problem you can try below :
* Internet Explorer's Option >Internet Option >Delete Cookies
* And close the browser and open again.
* Please input with you information with the number not in num pad right side of keyboard.

I want to add item on previous order.
It is obly possible when your order doesn't deliver yet.

The Shipping charge will be added to previous charge, when you make an additional order to previous order which wait for shipment.

Please make an order with normal way.
In Payment Method, PLEASE SELECT "SEPERATE CHARGE".

In case of Postal money order, please send total cost + only one times shipping charge.
If you make a payment with credit card, Please click menu on top of main page.
(please input only for additional cost without shipping charge.)
When you doesn't use 」シPAYMENT」セ menu, and shipping charge is doubled,
Please let me know one of the below :
1. Delete the payment record and pay again.
2. Send additional charge inside of delivery box.

How can I do when payment error is occured?
Please paying with 'PAYMENT' menu on top of main page.

Please fill the 'Price' with item's price + shipping charge.
(It doesn't add automatically. INPUT MANUALLY)

How can I assure that my order is accepted correctly?
It is success when you recieve a message "SUCCESS(0000)".

You can track your order in "Track Orders" menu.
It may be display just befor paying with credit card,
but it will be changed as soon as I checked the record.

There will be some delay becuase of checked by manually,
But I'll send a mail when I receive order and payment informaion, so Please do not worry about the delay.

I don't assure whether my order is duplicated!
MINORU WORLD's payment check is not performed automatically.
All records are checked by manually and change the state.
So, It never happens duplicated order even you order several times.

When I find a same name on duplicated order,
I make assure wether it is the same order.
If it is duplicated, all other records are deleted except first one, so please don't worry about it.

How can I assure that my postal money order is received?
You may check the state in 'track orders' menu.
If it doesn't arrived, will be displayed.
When I receive, the state will be changed to ,
after shipment, will be displayed.

In common, it takes 7 days to 10 days except holiday.

I can not see image correctly!
If you are using a "Norton Internet Security", it may happen.
Please set the security level lower or turn off, and open the page again.
I'm very sorry about inconvenience.

I have a problem to join a member correctly because of I can not select country in combo box.
MinouruWorld have been made in IE 6, with all common internet control.
So I didn't make a test in all other environment.

If you have a problem to join a member, I recommend you to use a FireFox browser.
(You can download it on here.)
It is a free web-browser which support common Internet Environment.

If you have a same problem, please let me know about your information.
I'll try to make a register instead of you.
(Of course I'll keep it a secret to protect your privacy)
